A little skater girl!

Hey everyone!
Did you have a nice Christmas? I had a lovely quiet one with Keiran and my parents, playing board games and eating lots!

Of course, I was asked to make a few Christmas cards again this year, so I'm going to share those and the ones I made for my family over the next couple of days. Here's the first one, using a colouring image I found on Pinterest.

I coloured the little girl with my very neglected Promarkers, but everything else I used is from Stampin' Up! The sentiment is from Holly Jolly Greetings and the name is from Little Letters Framelits.

For texture I embossed the background with the Softly Falling EF...I love it!

Thanks for popping by and I'll be back with another card soon :)

A little light....

Hello again everyone!
As promised, here is another one of my wooden peg tealight holders.

I used some retired Washi Tape for this project, along with Burlap Trim, Gold Cording, and some Crochet Trim.

This was actually the first one of these I made, and the reason I made so many more of them! I left the inside blank this time and focussed on the outer.

Doesn't it look pretty?? I can't tell you how well these sold at my craft fair the other week. I made 5 altogether, all different, and they created so much interest that not only did they sell quickly, but customers were finding it difficult to choose between them!

I hope I have offered you some inspiration today...I'll be back with the last one soon (I only photographed 3 of them!)

Have a lovely day!

Bannnaaaaaannaaaaaa!!!

 Hello my lovely followers!
It's been such a long while since I've blogged, so thank you so much for hanging around! I have been very busy with trying to get my life back on an even keel, and whilst I'm still a long way from there, I am working hard at it.

So today, I thought I would share a little corner bookmark I made for my little man, Keiran, as he is very much into reading these days. Oh and he loves Minions!

I made this cutie using the Owl Builder Punch...isn't he cool?? I think it's Minion Dave...feel free to correct me if I'm wrong! I also used the Word Window Punch for his arms, and some googly eyes for added personality.

I hope to show you some more of the lovely wooden peg tealight holders over the next few days, so please do pop back.

Thank you again for bearing with me through these tough times...I will be back on top form soon, I'm sure! :)

By for now!
